This policy explains what GetSEO (operated by Meant FZC) collects, why, and what you can do about it. We collect little, and nothing we do not need to run the Service.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and, if you enter it, your name. Sign-in is by emailed link; we store no password.
- Site data: the addresses you add, the public pages we read from them, the business profile and voice brief generated from those pages, and the plan and articles produced for you.
- Integration credentials: tokens and application passwords you connect, stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and decrypted only for the duration of a publish or a connection test.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer id and subscription status, never card numbers.
- Usage data: events such as “article written” or “publish failed”, article counts and model token usage, and standard server logs for security.
How we use it
To run the Service: reading your site, generating and publishing content, billing, sending the transactional emails you would expect (article ready, published, payment issues), and support. We do not sell data, and we do not use your content to train models.
Who processes it
Vercel (hosting, in the United States and at its edge locations), Supabase (database and authentication; our project is hosted in the Asia-Pacific region), Stripe (payments), Anthropic and OpenAI (text and image generation; content you add and content generated for you is sent to their APIs under their business terms, which exclude training), Resend (email delivery), and Google’s public autocomplete endpoint (search phrases only, never your identity).
Retention
Account and site data are kept while your account exists. When you delete a site, its pages, plan, articles and credentials are deleted immediately. When you ask us to delete your account, everything is removed within 48 hours except invoices, which we must retain for tax purposes. Server logs rotate within 30 days.
Your rights
You can export every article at any time from the app. Email sufyan@meant.space from your account address to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to a processing. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Cookies
We set the cookies needed to keep you signed in. The public pages use no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics scripts.
Security
Row-level security in the database means each account can read only its own rows; the server writes with a separate service key that never reaches the browser. Credentials are encrypted at rest. Webhooks we send are signed; webhooks we receive are signature-verified.
