Before you pay
Every site gets its research, its thirty-topic plan and its first full article free, with no card on file. That is the trial: judge the writing on your own business before a dollar changes hands.
Monthly subscriptions
Cancel any time from the billing page. The subscription runs to the end of the paid month and does not renew. If the first paid month did not deliver what the plan promised (the agreed number of articles, to the described standard, published where you asked), email us within 14 days of the first charge and we refund that month in full. You keep every article.
Yearly subscriptions
Cancelled within 14 days of the charge: refunded pro rata for the unused months. After 14 days the subscription runs to the end of the year and does not renew. Yearly is billed once at $948.
What is not refunded
Months that were used with articles delivered, beyond the first-month guarantee; charges older than 14 days; and subscriptions closed for breach of the terms.
How to ask
Email sufyan@meant.space from your account address with the site in question. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within five to ten working days.
