These terms govern your use of GetSEO (the “Service”), operated by Meant FZC (“Meant”, “we”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you may bind it.
1. The Service
GetSEO reads a website you control, generates a content plan and articles with the help of large language models, and can publish them to systems you connect. The first article for a site is free. Continued daily writing and publishing require a paid subscription per site.
2. Your account and your sites
You may only add websites you own or are authorised to publish to. You are responsible for the credentials you connect (for example a WordPress application password or a Shopify token) and for revoking them when you stop using the Service. Keep your sign-in email secure; anyone with access to it can access your account.
3. Content
Articles are generated for you and published under your name. You own the articles once generated and may edit, export and republish them freely. You are responsible for reviewing content before or after publication, in particular for regulated topics (health, finance, legal), and for compliance with the laws and advertising rules that apply to your business. We police links and sources as described on the How it works page, but we do not guarantee that every statement is accurate or suitable for your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to produce content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or designed to manipulate search engines through spam, cloaking or link schemes; to impersonate others; or to publish to sites you are not authorised to publish to. We may pause or close accounts that do.
5. Fees, billing and cancellation
Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars: $99 per month or $948 per year, per site, plus applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing page; the subscription runs to the end of the paid period and is not renewed. Refunds are described in the refund policy.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on providers including Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Anthropic and OpenAI (language and image models) and Resend (email). Their availability affects ours. Content you submit and content we generate is processed by these providers under their terms; we do not use your content to train models.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for the Service to be available continuously but do not guarantee it. We may change features, prices (with notice before your next renewal) or these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the product.
8. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided as is. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue or mentions by AI assistants. To the extent permitted by law, Meant’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Termination
You can delete a site or ask us to delete your account at any time; published articles remain on your systems. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. Sections 3, 8 and 10 survive termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go to the courts of Dubai, unless mandatory consumer law where you live provides otherwise.
